Teacher interview

I have interviewed a teacher and I have realized that fore the most part she does not agree with a good amount of the things that are going on in the district board, with the teachers. She did not agree that each teacher should have a masters in order to teach, and that students are not well educated. Therefore me as the interviewer I give the teacher the right to believe what she believes because I notes the same things she notices, so there fore the feedback I got from the teacher makes me believe that teachers also realize what is going on around us and that it is not just me.
